The Best So Far, Film in 2012

I see quite a few films every year, and while many are OK, just a few stand out, and a few are real stinkers. I won’t call out the worst ones here, or for that matter the average films, but I want to point out some of my favorites so if you happen to come upon them at the multiplex, or at the video store, you can watch with confidence that it will be worth your time.
